This feature streamlines the management of consistent groups of people that travel together. When configuring guest profile groups, users can specify the following details:
- Name of Group
- Description
- Approval Roles
- Planners
These Guest Profile Groups can also be used in conjunction with the Travel Plan feature, allowing you to create templates for travel, defining a headcount from each group to travel to your event.
