Event organisers have the capability to design a tailored survey within the event platform. This includes the use of various question types to illicit required responses, these are:
- Star Rating – rate out of 5; NPS
- Single choice – Yes/No; Rate out of 10
- Multiple choice – Which day(s) did you attend; Which services did you use
- Free Text – Comments; Requests
